Directions
Puritama Hostel, in San Pedro de Atacama, is located on the main street, on the left, as you head downhill in the direction of the river. It's near the end of town, after a multitude of restaurants, tour agencies, and souvernier shops, just before the only ATM in town.

Minihostellers love this place because the showers are truly HOT which is a rare find in this area. The courtyard is also really nice to chill in during the summer.

Nice place, beds decently comfortable. You have to walk across the courtyard to get to the bathroom and that is not fun at night and I dont even want to imagine in the winter.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOSTEL OVER MINIHOSTELS.COM BECAUSE: THE OWNER DOESN'T WANT TO WORK WITH MINIHOSTELS AND THEREFORE, SHE DOESN'T ACCEPT THE CONFIRMED PRICE NOR THE 10% DEPOSIT!!!! THAT WAS A BIG DISAPOINTMENT!
