  Staying at Tourist Inn was like going home to be taken care of by my family. The amazing family that runs the hostel (really, it's a hotel, but they don't have enough beds to say that) is just incredible. Everyone I met was friendly and eager to help and just a joy to be around. They were so helpful and kind, it is just beyond words. They really made the difference in my trip, making it spectacular instead of just nice. I recommend this hostel to anyone and everyone- they are THE BEST!!

  This place is truly a gem. My wife and I visited and right from the very first moment they made us feel so welcome. They were always interested and excited to here about our adventures during the day and helped us with all of our (many) questions with a warm smile and patience. The hostel is beautiful and has a stunning view, and everything is sparkling clean! It's cozy and the staff feel like old friends. We just can't put into words how much we enjoyed this hostel. We'd go back to Quito just to stay here again!

  My friends and I stayed here and just adored it. The local family that runs it is so sweet and kind and helpful, you feel right at home! They speak really good english too, and the location is amazing, just a short walk from downtown and so much to do! It's a really safe neighborhood and we had the greatest time. the internet didn't work all the time, but it was free, and the breakfast was delish.

  My wife and I stayed here during our vacation and loved it. We had some things stolen on our way to Quito and they went out of their way to help us, washing, folding and returning our clothes within 2 hours, ordering us delivery from a restaurant because we arrived late and the places nearby were all closed, and we felt like we were being taken care of by family. It changed what could have been a bad experience into a truly memorable and wonderful trip. Thank you Amparo, Sebastian, Luis, and everyone else. We think this is the best hostel in Latin America!
