SudameriKa Recoleta is located in a very nice place, between the national universities and Recoleta tourisitic area and at only 250 meters from Santa Fe Avenue, the most visited commercial zone for the "porteños".
Many local buses and the subway lead you to Sudamérika Recoleta. The nearest subway stations belong to line "D" and they are Pueyrredon and Facultad de Medicina.

I spent 10 days in the hostel and I am able to say that this place has more negatives than positives sides. The hostel is well located, but the street is very noisy and sometimes you even can't relax. Most of times there is a cigarette smell in the air and when people use the kitchen for cooking grill beef the smell of fry and oil spreads in all hostel, invading the accomodations and provocating nauseas. People there are used to speak out loud too. One night, at 2 a.m., I was woke up with a southing discussion between a staff guy from the period of night with a girl next door. I couldn't understand the words but it was enough to get me scarried. Even though, the place seens to be clean, I found dirties in a normal level, the water of the shower is strong and in good temperature. The breakfast is great because is served outside the hostel, in a cafe nearby.
